Excellent start for a solid KA24DE turbo system!
To complete the exhaust we recommend a 3"SR20DET downpipe, high flow cat (or test pipe), and 3" cat back exhaust. SR20DET intercooler kits can be adapted to this setup with minimum modification. Fueling for this turbo should be at least an upgraded fuel pump, Fuel computer (E-manage, SAFC, DTEC, etc.), Z32 maf, and 550cc injectors. Alternatively a JimWolfTech ECU can be used instead of a fuel computer (for those who want a pre-tuned setup).

Recommended Turbo
 
Excellent start for a solid KA24E turbo system!
To complete the exhaust we recommend a 3"SR20DET downpipe, high flow cat (or test pipe), and 3" cat back exhaust. SR20DET intercooler kits can be adapted to this setup with minimum modification. Fueling for this turbo should be at least an upgraded fuel pump, Fuel computer (E-manage, SAFC, DTEC, etc.), Z32 maf, and 550cc injectors. Alternatively a JimWolfTech ECU can be used instead of a fuel computer (for those who want a pre-tuned setup). ~12-15psi (275-300WHP) is about all the stock pistons can stand, be prepared to replace with forged units.

JGS SOHC KA24E Manifold  

Don't believe the hype, our basic manifolds work very well and will provide better response and spool up than larger header style turbo manifolds. Spool up and response is all about volume, higher volume manifolds take longer to build the pressures needed to build boost at lower RPMs (when compared to smaller volume manifolds). Think about trying to fill a bucket with a hole in the bottom and to spool the turbo you will need to fill it to the top. The larger the bucket, the more water flow (AKA RPM) will be needed. Also the bigger the hole in the bottom (the hole in the bottom represents the turbo), the more water flow will be needed. Any header style manifolds will increase volume therefore increasing the boost threshold point (AKA spool up). Combining the pulses at the turbine does make an increase in efficiency but its made at the cost of spool up (there are no free lunches). But if its efficiency your after its always an option to run a larger more efficient turbo and still maintain the spool up of a smaller turbo on a larger more efficient manifold. We aren't saying the basic turbo manifold doesn't have its down-falls but for the majority of people looking to make 300-530 WHP, it fits the job and the budget very well.  JGS KA24(D)E Down Pipe & WG Dump Pipe Set

 Making a DIY turbo a little easier. Designed to work with our AGP/Turbonetics turbo, JGS KA24E OR JGS KA24DE manifold, 35/38/JGS400 wastegate (JGS400 recommended), and the 3" SR20DET down pipe. With the SR downpipe it will bolt to OE style cats and test pipes. Construction consists of a CNC O2 bung, CNC flanges, and 2.5" mandrel bent steel piping (the wastegate pipe is 1.5").  JGS 240SX Heavy Duty Motor Mounts

 

 

 

 Using high quality polyurethane and our custom billet brackets, we have designed our own heavy duty MMs. This design will not seperate like stock type mounts but will provide less vibration than solid designs and is designed with the the stock offset for just like stock fitment. Also more economical than other mounts on the market. Only one small modification is required, the engine to MM bracket hole must be drilled out to 7/16" (11mm). This is very easy and can be done without removing the brackets.

 JGS 240SX Transmission Mount Kit

 

 

This kit will replace the soft rubber mount with a heavy duty polyurethane mount. Also this kit will mount the Z32 300ZX TT automatic automatic in a 240SX. Very little modifcation is required, just drilling 2 holes and some triming of the existing mount. Here's how the kit is installed Step 1 Step 2 Then just bolt it in! Extremely durable and long lasting, by far the best street trans mount. Huge torque? No problem, thats what these mounts are made for! Better throttle response is also a very nice side effect as is improved feed back the engine. But still enough vibration isolation for a daily driver.

 JGS Vacuum Blocks

 Turbo charging a KA24E can require quite a few extra vacuum lines needed (BOV, Boost Gauge, etc.). And using lots vacuum tees can be hazardous and just plain old ugly. So we offer these nice billet aluminum 4 port vacuum blocks. Meant to be ran inline with the brake booster line, this will give you 4 extra 1/8" NPT vacuum ports. Barbed in/out fitting are included*.

 Nissan EGR Plug / Fitting

 This CNC Machined EGR fitting plugs the EGR pipe without need for removable of the EGR valve (labor intensive). It can also be drilled out to be used to connect the OEM EGR pipe to any down pipe (all that is needed to be emissions legal in some states). Also by connecting the EGR stock OBD2 ecu's will be less likely to trigger codes.
